These libraries are only needed by developers or those compiling PHP 5 under windows.
If you are neither, you have no need for these libraries as they are compiled into PHP 5 statically,
so please don't waste my bandwidth.
Also note that libxslt is a modified build so that the static build links dynamically with libxml2.
Current library versions required for PHP:
Libxml2-2.6.31
Libxslt-1.1.22
Iconv 1.9.1 was used to compile these libraries so is included here
